What this covers
How Apexium Studio handles personal data: for visitors to this site, for people who request previews, and for the directors of companies we contact.
Where your details came from
If we contacted you without you asking, your company details came from the public register at Companies House, used under the Companies House data licence. We hold your company name, registered details and, where published, a business contact address. We do not buy marketing lists.
What we do with it
We use these details once: to build a preview site and send you the link. Our lawful basis is legitimate interest in offering a relevant business service to a newly registered company. We do not sell or share these details.
If you want out
Reply to any email from us with the word remove, or email hello@apexiumstudio.com. We delete the preview and your details, and add your company number to a list we never contact again. This takes effect within five working days.
Visitors and preview requests
If you request a preview yourself we keep your email address to send you the link and one follow up. We do not add you to a newsletter; we do not have one.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of what we hold, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, at hello@apexiumstudio.com. You can complain to the ICO at ico.org.uk if you think we have handled your data badly.
